Set amidst rolling Tuscan hills, where the outstandingly beautiful river Pecora flows, and surrounded by 23 hectares of countryside.........this is where you will find the SANT ANNA QUARTER HORSE Farm Guesthouse. The main activity of the farm is breeding magnificent Quarter Horses and we are proud to have both Italian and European champions in our stables. There are always horses of various ages for sale. This year we also started an amateur breeding programme for AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD DOGS Already, 14 beautiful puppies have been born. Congratulations to all who have become proud owners of our puppies!

Outside there is a barbeque which you are welcome to use, and for our smallest guests we have provided some toys and games especially for their enjoyment. In the hottest part of the day you can cool down in our swimming pool. Here you will find a simple, happy, family atmosphere and we will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

On arrival at the Farm Guesthouse you will be asked to pay a deposit of 150 Euros regardless of the duration of your stay which will be returned when you leave. The balance of the payment due must also be paid on arrival at the Farm Guesthouse. Rooms must be vacated by 10 o'clock on the day of departure. They are available on the day of arrival between 4pm and 8pm. This timing allows the rooms to be fully cleaned and prepared for our guests.
